SmartCast Implements Broadcasting Services for Kosmica TV

SmartCast is supporting the start of Kosmica TV on June 1, 2010 with comprehensive technical services. SmartCast implemented signal feed (among others live broadcasts of the parent channel Astro TV) from the production site in Berlin to the teleport in Unterfoehring as well as the playout of the broadcasting station signal. Kosmica TV transmits its program via the Astra 1H position 19.2° east (12.480 GHz V, SR 27.500, FEC 3/4).
